Please consider a request from the Archaeological Museum in Poznań to directly support Ukrainian heritage workers who have volunteered with the Ukrainian army.
This request has come via FRAG members who visited archaeological sites in Bulgaria – and who presented to the Open Mic session last September.

Subject: Support for the Ukrainian ArchaeologistsDear All,
As you may remember, we traveled together to explore the archaeological heritage in Bulgaria. Nowadays we are living in dramatic historical times. Here below I forward a letter from Dr Oleksandr Shelekhan, a colleague at the Institute of Archaeology in Kyiv. The Ukrainian archaeologists who participate in the Ukrainian territorial defense units need first aid supplies, medications and personal protective equipment. Could you please consider their appeal and spread the word among your relevant contacts.
When I processed the payment of my donation, I noticed that the email address is mandatory in the form, while the personal name is optional, so one could donate as “anonymous”. The English text of the appeal is at the bottom of the form, below the Polish one:

Thank you very much.

Dear Nikola!
I hope this e-mail finds you well.
As you may know, my country wages war against the full-scale invasion of the Russian forces. Our colleagues from Poznan Archaeological Muzeum started a crowdfunding campaign to help archaeologists from Ukraine who joined the Army. The main aims are helmets and bulletproof vests but their number depends on the collected funds.
May I ask you to take part in this campaign and to share this link with your colleagues?
