The wait is over! FRAG has been following the excavations at Must Farm for 10 years. We have had a site visit and multiple talks. Now the post excavation analysis is “complete” and the report is published. An exhibition featuring some of the finds will take place from May to September.
The report is published in two volumes by Cambridge University. Volume 1 titled Landscape, architecture and occupation provides the broader overview and draws conclusions. Volume 2 contains a wealth of specialist reports. Both can be downloaded at no cost. However, note that even the lower resolution files are very large!
The findings from Must Farm provide a unique insight into life in the Late Bronze Age and are of international significance. The report is equally impressive. It is clearly written, addresses every aspect in fine detail, and is beautifully illustrated. The sheer volume of information is daunting – so we’ve added a section to our own Must Farm web page to provide something of a summary.
The Exhibition at Peterborough Museum opens on 27th April and runs until 28th September.
