Recent excavations including extensive community involvement have uncovered a spectacular Roman villa under Peterborough allotments! Phased hypocaust, terraced walls and bones are among discoveries during the excavations. They reveal extended occupation of the site near Fulbridge Road from iron-age,through the roman period, and probably beyond. Learn how the Peterborough wealthy lived in Roman times.
