SUMMARY:Archaeology through the Eye of the Artist
DESCRIPTION:This event is organised by the St Kyneburgha Building Preservation Trust. \nDr Paul Stamper will guide us through the impact that artists have on our understanding of archaeology and how that has changed through the centuries. \nPaul has worked on England’s historic environment for over 35 years\, using all types of evidence: landscapes\, buildings\, archaeological remains\, and documents. He is a Visiting Research Fellow at the Department of English Local History at the University of Leicester. \nFor the free zoom link email the trust: castorchurchtrust@gmail.com \nThere is no charge. However\, if you have enjoyed the talk you will be asked to make a donation to the Trust.
